About Drake Marks

Nathan Drake is the founder of Drake Marks and has assisted clients with the prosecution and registration of their trademarks for over 20 years.  Nathan is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent.  He is also a registered Trade Marks Attorney in Australia.

 

As a Trademark Agent, Nathan advises clients on all aspects of trademark prosecution, including advising clients on the registrability and availability of trademarks, the prosecution of applications, opposition and expungement proceedings and rights transfer. In his practice, Nathan enforces clients' trademark rights in Canada and abroad.  He regularly represents foreign IP firms to obtain protection of their clients' trademarks in Canada.
